We inform you that the personal details you provide us with, the updates to it, as well as other information that you provide during the selection process (the “Candidate’s Personal Details”) will be processed by Grupo WEC [SOCIEDAD DE CARTERA ZESTOA S.A., FUNDICIONES WIND ENERGY CASTING II S.L., MECANIZADOS WIND ENERGY CASTING S.L., WEC TECHNOLOGY & BUSINESS CENTER A.I.E., TRATAMIENTOS SUPERFICIALES METRATEK S.A., INDUSTRIAS AUXILIAR EÓLICA S.L., and any other companies belonging and/or linked to Grupo WEC] (“the COMPANY”), with registered office at Polígono Industrial No. 38, Parcela N1-1, 20829 Itziar-Deba, Gipuzkoa (Spain) and contact email personas@grupowec.com.
The Candidate’s Personal Details will be collected and processed within the framework of a selection process of the COMPANY, in order to analyse the skills and abilities of the candidate, generate a candidate profile and assess the candidacy of applicants for the positions of work that may be available in the COMPANY at the time of submitting the request or while this information is kept by the COMPANY for this purpose.
The legal basis for the processing of data is the execution of the pre-contractual relationship between the COMPANY and the job applicant or candidate for a certain job or for other jobs of similar characteristics during the period for which their curriculum vitae is held. The processing of the Candidate’s Personal Details related to this purpose is strictly necessary to comply with this relationship and provide the services described.
The Personal Details will be processed during the selection process and, once this has been completed, for a period of one year from the date on which the application for employment is received or from the last demonstration of interest in a position at the COMPANY or since the candidate’s last communication, including the updates they make to their profile. At the end of this period, the candidate’s details will be deleted.
Access to the Personal Details will only be by those third parties to which the COMPANY is legally obliged to provide this information, as well as the companies to which the COMPANY has entrusted the provision of technical and computer support services or the management of the applications and the process of selection, and, where appropriate, the sending of electronic commercial communications.
If requested to do so, the COMPANY may also transfer the Candidate’s Personal Details to the companies within the group that are listed in the website www.grupowec.com in order that the candidate’s suitability for these companies can be assessed by them.
At any time and under the terms established by current legislation, the Candidate can exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of data, as well as requesting that the processing of their Personal Details be limited, opposing this, or requesting the portability of their data, clearly indicating the right they wish to exercise and writing to the Personnel Department of the COMPANY, at the above address, or via email to the address personas@grupowec.com. The Candidate may also revoke his or her consent to the sending of commercial communications. They can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
